About Jen
Hello. I’m Jen.
I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can pause, be curious about yourself and talk about what matters to you.

My approach
You don’t need to arrive with all the words.
Life can feel difficult for many reasons. Something may be happening now, an earlier experience may still be affecting you, or you may simply know that things cannot carry on as they are. You do not need a neat explanation before getting in touch.
My way of working is warm, collaborative and responsive to you. I will listen carefully, help you notice patterns and support you to develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, relationships and choices.
I will not tell you what to do or hurry you towards an answer.
Training & professional practice
Thoughtful work, grounded inprofessional training.
I trained in psychotherapeutic counselling at Metanoia Institute in West London. I am a BACP member and work within its ethical framework.
I offer both short- and longer-term counselling, in person at Crowood House in Swindon or online from a private space.
